You have the right to request deletion of your PairTago account and all associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email from your registered address to infotagoweb@gmail.com.

Use subject: PairTago Data Deletion Request.

Include the email used for sign-in and mention whether you signed in with magic link, Google, or Facebook.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Account profile data (email, display name, username).
  • Authentication linkage records.
  • All gameplay history: votes, hearts, Love Nest inventory.
  • Any personal data associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

Aggregated, anonymized vote statistics (not linked to your identity).

Security logs where legally required (retained for the minimum necessary period).

Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days as required by GDPR.

You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
